Ducharme Place Announces Ground Breaking in Lafayette Park
In case you missed it, our groundbreaking on November 6th was a great success with over 150 friends, family and colleagues joining us along with Mayor Duggan and other local dignitaries. The development will include 107 two-bedroom apartments, 66 one-bedroom and 12 studios situation in four medium-rise buildings. McIntosh Poris are the architects and Sachse Construction the builders for this project. The city of Detroit and the Michigan Strategic Fund are contributing to the project, too.
