New residential, retail building coming to Adams Road in Birmingham’s Triangle district
McIntosh Poris Associates is designing a local project in the Triangle District of Birmingham, MI. This is MPA’s second recent project in the Triangle District with a vision to create a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood to live, work, and shop.
The current structure is a vacant two-story office building. The proposed use for the new building would include 62 residential units and retail space on the first floor. The retail space would face Adams Road and the first floor would include parking inside the footprint of the building for residents. Bicycle-only parking will also be available on the first floor.
