The Amsterdam Lofts has received two Honor Awards from AIA Michigan for 2026!
Adaptive Reuse Award: “The jury appreciated the light touch of this loft renovation. The project maintained the character of the original building exterior and public spaces, while adding thoughtfully designed details to the loft interiors.”
Masonry Award: “The treatment of the original brick adds a beautiful imperfection that enhances the character of both old and new.” — Jurors Comments
