As Executive Architect, MPA collaborated with VolumeOne Design Studio to design a mixed-use development, creating a concentration of urban vitality in one of Detroit’s emerging districts. Parcel 1 is the second phase of work in this development, which includes 1,000 SF of ground floor retail and 67 apartments with a covered parking area.
Apartments are a mixture of (3) three bedroom, (35) two bedroom, (26) one bedroom, and (3) studio units. Amenities include a resident lounge, fitness room, bike room, secure parking, and an outdoor amenity space with seating, landscaping, bocce court, and dog park.
